A Maine attorney consented to receive a reprimand from the state bar's Grievance Commission following the discovery of a consensual sexual relationship with a client.
In March 2021, a client of Beaver Cove attorney Pasquale J. Perrino Jr. filed a complaint with Maine's Board of Overseers of the Bar stating that a "personal relationship" developed between the pair when she retained Perrino to represent her in a divorce from her husband.
