A Maine attorney has been suspended for one year for having his legal assistant complete his continuing legal education classes.
The Maine Board of Bar Overseers sought the suspension of Brewer attorney Donald Brown for having his former legal assistant, Tammy May, complete his CLE courses for the 2019 calendar year.
