Monsanto goes back to the courtroom next week with trials over its Roundup pesticide set to begin in Florida and Missouri.
The trials are the sixth and seventh since Bayer, which owns Monsanto, agreed two years ago to pay $10 billion to resolve an estimated 120,000 Roundup claims. About 30,000 remain, however, and in the past year Monsanto has won five trials.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
