Aviation tycoon Farhad Azima has been permitted in London’s High Court of Justice to pursue a counterclaim against a previous 2020 judgment obtained against him, in the latest in a litany of court cases facing Dechert and its former head of white collar practice Neil Gerrard.

Azima alleges that RAKIA and the UAE sovereign wealth fund’s lawyers at Dechert, procured the 2020 judgment by fraud and hacking, and seeks to have it struck out.
