Tyler Buller, an assistant attorney general for Iowa for the last 10 years, has been appointed to Iowa’s Court of Appeals, the state’s intermediate appellate court.

Buller will fill the open position on the court created by Court of Appeals Judge David May moving to the Iowa Supreme Court, according to an announcement about the Buller appointment from Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds.
