An Arizona attorney with a previously spotless record has agreed to one year of probation for multiple rule violations after she failed to disclose to a federal judge that the claims underlying her client’s case had been fully adjudicated by the Arizona Court of Appeals.

According to an agreement for discipline by consent, attorney Barbara Emily Cowin Cowan represented Theodore Williamson in the latter stages of his long-pending divorce from his wife Celina.
