A Portland motel reached a settlement with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Oregon earlier this month to resolve allegations that it lacked accessible entrances, rooms and other facilities.
An individual with a mobility impairment filed an Americans with Disabilities Act complaint alleging that the Studio 6 motel did not have an available guest room to accommodate people with mobility-related disabilities, including wheelchair users.
