Restructuring lawyers sometimes have a reputation for being doomsayers. The economy is due a downturn, they frequently say, and insolvencies are soon to pick up.

Those forecasts can be wrong for a long time before they become right. But there is a strong feeling that this economic downturn time really will lead to increased restructuring & insolvency activity, especially in the U.K.
