Welcome back to Higher Law, our weekly briefing on all things cannabis. I'm Cheryl Miller, reporting for Law.com from Sacramento.

This week we're looking at:

  • New York's first CAURD licensees.
  • A challenge to Oregon's ban on interstate marijuana sales.
  • The new leader of Oregon's marijuana programs.
  • The future of recreational cannabis in Ohio and Connecticut.

It's that time of year again. What will happen in the world of cannabis law in 2023? Prove your skills as a seer and send me your predictions at [email protected]. You can also call me at 916.448.2935. Follow me on Twitter: @capitalaccounts.
