Improvement — or The Bill Got Paid, We're Done Here, Or Are We?

You got through the assignment, the client seemed happy and the bill got paid. We're done here, right? Yes, we are, unless of course you'd like another job from the client. If so, you can do more.

This is the last in our miniseries on how to use Lean Adviser, so before we move to the final stage (improvement), let's remind ourselves of some basics. Clients don't care what you know, or even how smart you are, they only care about whether they can rely on you to fix their problems. The key word here is rely. It's directly linear — lean methods create reliability, which creates repeat business.
