The Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office filed a lawsuit against a business and its owners for allegedly failing to pay $3.4 million for N95 masks purchased but not delivered during the pandemic and, instead, spending thousands of dollars on food delivery services, trips to casinos and purchases at furniture stores.

Consumer protection and false claims accusations were filed Monday in Suffolk Superior Court against Bedrock Group and its owners, Bedrock Consulting Group, Anthony Damore, Jonathan Roth, Enrique Sperling and Howard Sperling.
