The Massachusetts Attorney General's Office filed a lawsuit against a business and its owners for allegedly failing to pay $3.4 million for N95 masks purchased but not delivered during the pandemic and, instead, spending thousands of dollars on food delivery services, trips to casinos and purchases at furniture stores.
