Weed Woes and Willie? What's Next for Cannabis Law in 2023

It's that time of year again when we look back on the last 12 months and realize … the same issues confronting the cannabis industry in 2021 are still around.

Sure, voters and lawmakers in a handful of additional states and countries said yes to recreational-use and medical marijuana. President Joe Biden made history by signing a marijuana research bill into law. Firms expanded their cannabis practices or dived into psychedelics law.
