The University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law announced Thursday that it will suspend participating in the U.S. News & World Report education rankings—the 18th law school to do so within the past month.

UNH Law is tied at No. 105 with five other schools in the rankings.

The U.S. News "rankings are currently flawed, have grown to impose an outsized negative influence on legal education, and are inconsistent with our values," Megan Carpenter, dean of UNH Law, said in a statement to the UNH Law community, according to the school's announcement emailed to Law.com Thursday.
