Norton Rose Fulbright’s Frankfurt office has been raided by German authorities as part of an ongoing probe into the long-running ‘cum-ex’ tax fraud scandal.

The Cologne public prosecutor’s office carried out an investigation of the firm’s Frankfurt office, according to a spokesperson for the firm, who added that the firm is  cooperating with the authorities and assisting them with their enquiry. They stressed, however, that neither the firm nor any current employees are named as subjects of the investigation.
