Embattled University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School professor Amy Wax has filed a grievance against Law Dean Theodore Ruger for pursuing sanctions against her.

Ruger, who plans to step down in June after eight years as dean, released a statement Jan. 18, 2022, announcing his intentions to “initiate the University procedure governing sanctions taken against a faculty member.”
