Case Study Part 1: Jessie Is On A Roll

Jessie was having a good morning. He'd got involved in file opening, for a partner who had brought in a new client. He followed the firm's conflict and KYC procedures, and he had picked up a red flag. "Good job" said the partner, "too bad, but we can't act for these folks."
