Ricky Brooman is the Director of Litigation Support Services. In this capacity, he manages the people, process, and technologies that help Saul Ewing's litigation attorneys and paralegals deliver premier legal services to their clients, and assists in defining the direction and vision for the future state of litigation support at the firm. Specializing in eDiscovery and Information Governance, Ricky brings 10+ years of experience to Saul Ewing's legal operations and support services, and delivers a data-driven approach to improve processes and achieve operational excellence.
Michael Cole | Director, Litigation Support | Lathrop GPM
Michael is the Director – Litigation Support at Lathrop GPM and is based in Kansas City. As part of this role, he supervises the firm's e-Discovery team and firm docketing. He also assists in advising firm clients regarding litigation holds, data/document collections, and e-discovery. He worked at Thompson Coburn in St Louis before joining Lathrop where he managed the firm's Litigation Support Department for six years. Before that he was a litigator specializing in product liability litigation.
Adam Poeppelmeier | Director of eDiscovery Services | Redgrave Data
Adam brings an extensive background in eDiscovery, analytics, and business intelligence to his role as Director of eDiscovery Services at Redgrave Data. At Redgrave Data, Adam provides oversight and consulting on eDiscovery services, discovery playbook design, as well as the defensible use of TAR and other advanced technology in complex regulatory requests, investigations, and litigation. He also leans on his business intelligence experience to help clients leverage data to identify and track key metrics that provide meaningful insights into their matters and legal technology initiatives as a means to drive cost savings and efficiency. Adam draws from 20 years of experience managing client portfolios, large eDiscovery projects, and providing targeted business intelligence concerning alternative fee matters and the analysis of historical matters for future litigation projections. He also is skilled at creating AI models and advising clients on the appropriate use-cases for AI models.
Brandon Hollinder | Director, eDiscovery Solutions | Epiq
Brandon Hollinder has more than fifteen years of experience in the profession. Today he leads Epiq's go to market strategy for its eDiscovery Managed Services, Managed Document Review, and Cyber Incident Response business lines, where he focuses on partnering with clients as an expert to provide value and ensure their solutions are effectively designed and expertly implemented. He is responsible for the growth and health of the Epiq Managed Services, Managed Document Review, and Cyber Incident Response organizations as well as their development, ensuring they are cutting-edge and meeting and exceeding customer needs. He works closely with Epiq's sales professionals, its service delivery teams and their customer bases.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
