THCO? THCO No, DEA SAYS

The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration confirmed this week that cannabis-related chemistry should not try to get ahead of federal drug laws and regulations.

In a Feb. 13 letter to cannabis business attorney Rod Kight of Kight Law Office, the DEA said Delta 8-THCO and Delta-9 THCO, two synthetically produced psychoactive compounds now appearing in some markets, fall under Schedule 1 of the Controlled Substances Act.
