Nevada State Bar Mulls Replacing Public Reprimands With Private Admonitions in Attorney Ethics Cases
"Nevada has disbarment, suspension, public reprimand, letter of reprimand, and letter of caution," stated the petition. "The last three create confusion and inconsistency when applied to the ABA framework."
