So You Want to Open a Cannabis Lounge? Two Lawyers Spell Out Proposed Rules in New Jersey

New Jersey regulators in January released proposed rules for cannabis consumption lounges, and if your clients are thinking about opening up a toking tavern, now's the time to get familiar with the potential rules, according to two lawyers.

Michael Schaff and Jennie Miller, attorneys with Wilentz Goldman & Spitzer, wrote about the proposed rules and their "potential issues" in the New Jersey Law Journal. For starters, there's the matter of local government control.
