Chicago-headquartered DiCello Levitt on Tuesday announced the launch of a securities litigation practice in San Diego. In a bold move and as part of the firm’s “strategic expansion,” DiCello Levitt added five securities class action and corporate governance lawyers from Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd. The new San Diego office will officially open on April 1.

“I started out in this business as a securities class action lawyer. It was always very important to me to have a top-tier securities litigation practice,” the firm’s co-founder Adam Levitt told The National Law Journal.
