As Norfolk Southern CEO Alan Shaw returned to Capitol Hill to answer more questions about last month's train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, plaintiffs lawyers are pitching dual tracks in the growing number of lawsuits.
Members of the U.S. Senate Committee on Science, Commerce and Transportation pressured Shaw on Wednesday about the railroad's safety record.
