U.S. Bankruptcy Chief Judge Michael Kaplan of the District of New Jersey issued his preliminary injunction ruling, which extends the automatic stay in the Chapter 11 case of LTL Management to include its parent corporation, Johnson & Johnson, after hearing more than nine hours of arguments on Tuesday in his courtroom in Trenton, New Jersey.
