U.S. Bankruptcy Chief Judge Michael Kaplan on Thursday limited his preliminary injunction order to 60 days and allowed discovery to move ahead in pending talc cases against Johnson & Johnson.

A bankruptcy judge halted talcum powder trials against Johnson & Johnson nationwide. However, in a partial victory for plaintiffs, he limited his order to 60 days and allowed discovery to move ahead in pending cases.
