Georgia Supreme Court Urged to Unseal Medical Marijuana Judicial Records

Is there any richer source of litigation in the cannabis industry than the scoring of license applications? Scores of lawsuits have been filed in legalized states around the country challenging how regulators ranked applicants and the accuracy of information submitted by those applicants.
