Michigan Weighs Action Against Cannabis Licensees With Unpaid Bills

Last week, Michigan regulators floated a potential rule that would deny cannabis licenses or license renewals to operators who haven't paid their bills. Specifically, the denials would be "based on civil judgments/court orders resulting from unpaid debt for work, services, products, or equipment provided solely in the cannabis industry."
