A Las Vegas-area based attorney who has prosecuted thousands of trademark applications while maintaining a spotless disciplinary record is suing Amazon.com for defamation, alleging that she has erroneously been placed on "Amazon's Blacklisted Attorneys" list and that word is spreading to the firm's clients.
