A Washington property owner with a building in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle filed a lawsuit in federal court last week, alleging that the city's actions and endorsements of the Capitol Hill Organized Protest area in the summer of 2020 resulted in the loss of use of property, business revenue, and other damage.
