Jerry Anderson, longtime dean of Drake University Law School, will be stepping down at the end of the 2023-24 academic year.

Anderson, the Richard M. and Anita Calkins distinguished professor of law, joined the Drake Law School faculty in 1991, and he plans to return to the faculty in the fall of 2024, according to the school’s announcement. He became dean on July 1, 2016.
