While 2023 has already seen significant turnover among law school deans across the country, Charles "Charlie" H. Rose III appears to be bucking that trend with the announcement that he plans to continue serving as dean of Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law for at least the next five years.

The move comes amid an ongoing controversy involving a tenured law professor who claims he's being unfairly forced out and that Rose is leading that effort.
