The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services was sued in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois by Astellas Pharma on Monday, seeking injunctive relief for what the company alleges are unlawful price controls on pharmaceuticals in violation of the First and Fifth Amendments.
