An Idaho lawyer’s violation of a court-ordered injunction to assist his client led to his resignation in lieu of discipline last week.

The Idaho Supreme Court accepted the resignation in lieu of discipline for Boise attorney Kevin M. Rogers over his representation of a client, referred to as R.J. in court records, in a civil case that resulted in the pair being found in criminal contempt.
