White-collar defense attorney Todd Blanche and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft are asking a judge to dismiss what they say is a "baseless" legal malpractice action brought against them in June, arguing that the plaintiffs are serial litigants whose lawsuit fails to state any basis for their claims.
