Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law continues to seek the dismissal of a tenured professor—removed from his classroom in the middle of teaching in April—for allegedly bullying and harassing junior faculty.
Scott Gerber, a law professor at ONU Law since 2001, was pulled from his classroom, banned from campus and allegedly forced to sign a separation agreement.
