"Certain items removed from Barbieri's home were taken to the home of PRISCILLA FACHA DIMARIO and Attorney 1 in Johnston, Rhode Island. These items included cash, tools, vintage adult magazines, and collectible toy cars, trucks and trains. Many of these items were returned to Barbieri's Estate on or about June 2, 2021," the indictment said about a sitting probate judge and her husband.

A probate judge in Rhode Island has been charged for her role in a scheme of allegedly stealing valuable sports cards and firearm collections from an estate, along with other individuals.
A grand jury returned seal indictments on July 26, charging Sylvia Santilli, 71, Luke Baughman, 37, Jillian Chatelle, 32, James Connors, 69, and Priscilla Facha DiMaio, 65, a Johnston probate judge, with various crimes related to the theft of valuable property from the estate of the late James Barbieri.
