A probate judge in Rhode Island has been charged for her role in a scheme of allegedly stealing valuable sports cards and firearm collections from an estate, along with other individuals.

A grand jury returned seal indictments on July 26, charging Sylvia Santilli, 71, Luke Baughman, 37, Jillian Chatelle, 32, James Connors, 69, and Priscilla Facha DiMaio, 65, a Johnston probate judge, with various crimes related to the theft of valuable property from the estate of the late James Barbieri.
