Vermont Law and Graduate School received a $2.5 million gift from a Vermont-based foundation run by a small-town maple sugar maker and his daughter.

This gift, from the Maverick Lloyd Foundation, will support the institution’s school for the environment to advance the work and leadership around climate change advocacy, environmental policy and educating people who will making change in the world around them, according to a VLGS spokesperson.
