A Nationwide Vaping Trademark Fight Lands in Texas, Colorado

GS Holistic has been on a legal tear lately, continuing its years-long pursuit of retailers selling what its lawyers say are counterfeit versions of the company's products, including G Pen vape devices.

The company has filed a wave of trademark infringement suits in courts across the country for at least the last six years. In 2017, GS Holistic's affiliate, Grenco Science, noted in a press release that a federal judge had awarded the company $47 million in damages from 65 different online retailers who were selling knock-offs under its label.
