Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, representing Grillo’s Pickles, has filed suit against investment bank Harris Williams LLC, accusing the subsidiary of PNC Financial Services of misappropriating and disclosing proprietary pickle recipes in furtherance of its efforts to sell Patriot Pickle Inc., a company that contracted with Grillo’s in a co-packing agreement.
