Aspen Publishing has acquired the exclusive license from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law to administer the JD-Next law school admission test.

The Council of the American Bar Association's Section of Legal Education and Admissions approved a variance in June for the school to use the JD-Next exam for admission, and other law schools can apply for a variance to use the exam, which can be used in lieu of the Law School Admissions Test and the Graduate Record Exam.
