Former University of Idaho College of Law Professor Shaakirrah R. Sanders has reached a $750,000 settlement with the University of Idaho, Mark Adam and Jerrold Long, both former deans of the law schools, and Johanna Kalb, current dean, in a race and gender discrimination and retaliation case she filed in June 2019.
U.S. District Judge B. Lynn Winmill of the District of Idaho approved the stipulation of settlement Sept. 13.
