The Virginia State Bar is accepting applications for potential candidates to fill a vacancy with the pending retirement of Virginia Court of Appeals Judge Robert J. Humphreys.
The request to start evaluating candidates was made by Virginia Senator R. Creigh Deeds, co-chair of the judiciary committee.
