A. Benjamin Spencer, dean at William & Mary Law School, has joined McGuireWoods as of counsel and plans to balance his legal education post with his new law firm role.
As of counsel in the Am Law 100 firm’s business and securities litigation department, he will consult with McGuireWoods lawyers and clients on pending legal matters and work on learning initiatives and client development opportunities, according to the firm’s announcement.
