The roughly three dozen law clerks who emerge each year from working alongside a justice of the U.S. Supreme Court have a ticket to the top of the legal profession.
Some go into government, obtaining prestigious positions at the Department of Justice and maybe eventually the federal bench. Others go on to earn millions of dollars practicing at major law firms. And maybe a few end up in politics and talk their way to a seat in the U.S. Senate.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
