Legal Ethics and Attorney Discipline
Following an Illinois Supreme Court disbarment, the Supreme Court of Washington state issued reciprocal discipline for a Seattle-based attorney last month after she was criminally convicted for exploiting a disabled man she represented and stealing more than $280,000 of his money to pay her delinquent mortgage.
