Clyde & Co’s head of energy, maritime and natural resources in Australia Maurice Thompson and most of his team are set to leave for Holman Fenwick Willan in the latest in a series of high profile partner departures from the firm.
Melbourne-based Thompson, who is also head of Clyde & Co’s Australian aviation group and of its global drones group, will join HFW with seven of his eight member team, a source familiar with the hire said.
