Austin Knudsen of Montana is the latest state attorney general to file a lawsuit against Meta, claiming in a Dec. 1 federal complaint that the company downplays the prevalence of mature content on Instagram and doesn't comply with child privacy laws.

The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
