Our reporters are continuing to talk with law firm leaders about how their firms are using generative AI. But I wanted to take a small bite out of the subject. Let’s look at the question of law firm staffing, primarily on the admin side. Sure, it’s not the flashiest of subjects, but it’s a safer one, because for now, it avoids the more fraught discussion of applying AI to client-facing work.
