The Supreme Court for the state of Wyoming disbarred a Buffalo attorney after a disciplinary investigation revealed that she violated rules for her lawyer trust account and breached her fiduciary duty to her elderly, vulnerable clients.

Attorney Tonia R. Hanson had a private practice in Johnson County, Wyoming, for nearly 18 years before changing her status from “active” to “inactive” in December 2022.
