The Council of the American Bar Association’s Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar has found that the George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School is significantly out of compliance with Standard 202—financial resources.

At its November meeting, the council considered the status of GMU Law, concluding it was not in compliance with Standard 202(a), which pertains to resources generated by the law school, according to the Dec. 6 notice.
