Cannabis Predictions for 2024: Visions of a Rescheduled Future?

It's that time of year again when brave attorneys step forward with their crystal balls to offer predictions about what will happen with cannabis law and industry in 2024. Apparently, prognostication bravery is running in short supply — or maybe pessimism is just running high — because only two of you agreed to offer any on-the-record soothsaying.
