In-house and outside counsel alike admit that they are not fully prepared to meet environment, social and governance demands, a recent report by Wolters Kluwer has found.
Only 37% percent of in-house lawyers polled in the Future Ready Lawyer 2023 survey said they were fully prepared to meet their company’s ESG responsibilities.
